Norman also dismissed a report that was published earlier this month by a London newspaper saying LIV had made an $850 million offer to, saying neither he nor his agents have ever discussed a potential deal to lure him to the LIV Golf League, which is being financed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund .
