Judge delays Trump ex-national security advisor Michael Flynn's sentencing

A federal judge on Wednesday once again delayed the criminal sentencing of Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump's first national security advisor.

The court filing notes that a report from the DOJ's Office of Inspector General, expected to be publicly released within the next several weeks, is expected to "examine topics related to several matters raised by" Flynn. Lawyers for Flynn and the Department of Justice had written to Judge Emmet Sullivan in a court filing Tuesday, asking to postpone the upcoming sentencing hearing until the court makes a decision on whether to compel the government to hand certain information over to Flynn.

Oh that report is going to be damaging to the narratives that have been circulated over the last 4 years about the deepstate! He must have gotten the briefing on first hand information to delay for this long

Flynn thinks people have short memories. We Know he was a willing participant in treason! He trashed his own military record for money! Flynn should go to prison NOW. SULLIVAN is playing fast and loose with Justice! Put him in prison!

We know he stopped cooperating so WTH?

So Flynn wants a judge to dismiss his guilty plea? Wow

The whole case was a farce and miscarriage of justice.

kuku27 ?

You forgot to mention his extensive military record... or do you only do that with people you like?

Lock him up!
