Biden said Sunday that if he defeats President Donald Trump in the upcoming election, then Trump's Supreme Court justice nominee should be withdrawn.

" and prior to Election Day. That decision, made within just hours of Ginsburg's death Friday, has been widely criticized by Democrats who recall that the GOP majority refused to even see or hear former President Barack Obama's nominee, Merrick Garland, in his final year in office in 2016.

The White House on Saturday challenged Biden to release his list of potential nominees, with spokesman Kayleigh McEnany appearing on Fox News to answer questions about whether"identity politics" would factor into the Democratic candidate's short-list.

Other potential nominees on Trump's list includes senators Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley. Additionally, 7th Circuit of Appeals Judge Amy Coney Barrett and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Barbara Lagoa have been mentioned by the president. Dictator. Trump 'is' President right now// he can go ahead.

Don’t think so

Make sure you can still think

No you can’t, Trump is President, he picks....Biden also going to lose horribly

Welcome to today's GLOBAL sunday service

He will never win!

Are pigs flying?

You know who also says that? McConnell, Graham, Rubio, Cotton, and all the rest of the Republicans...prior to two days ago. The only thing more astounding than their own shameless hypocrisy is how easily their professed Christian supporters will support it.

Biden lied when he claimed Obama didn’t lock kids in cages Biden lied when claimed he was against the war in Iraq. Biden lied on the most liberal member of Congress. Biden lied, he graduated the top of his class, when it was the bottom. Biden lied also stating he has 3 degrees.

Well...

I don’t believe Democrats would “play fair” right now if they were the party that sat in the White House, and had a Senate majority. Change my mind...

Is that what his nannies told him to say?

Lmao well too bad, goldfish.

Yes, absolutely

All hail- Joe Biden!

Harris will nominate BarackObama

Biden could nominate the dump truck.

VoteBiden and we’ll see

check with Barrack first

We trust Joe Biden and democrats to restore integrity, prosperity, honor, power, and unity back to America!!!

He’d choose Matlock

Hey is this Joe or Hunter only the hyper realistic mask knows for sure? Any Guesses? realDonaldTrump

He doesn't have to reveal anything. It will be a pro-choice liberal woman maybe minority would be my guess.

Biden: Senate Shouldn't Take Up Supreme Court Vacancy Until After The ElectionThe Democratic presidential nominee said Friday he thought voters should have a say in the makeup of the high court through their choice for president — the position taken by the GOP in 2016. Strange - Dems decried this action earlier, but now agree with McConnell’s position re Merrick Garland? Well, yeah, no duh- that's the standard that Mitch set during Obama's last year. That was a hefty chunk of a year too, not just 6 weeks or so. GOP did demanded it in February 2016. It says alot about them if they dont do it now.
