I SERIOUSLY CANT TAKE MUCH MORE. THIS ADMINISTRATION IS EVIL AND TOO MUCH!!! LAWS NEEDTO CHANGE BECAUSE THERE IS ZERO BIPARTISANSHIP AND THIS COUNTRY CANT PLAY THIS SCENARIO AGAIN!!!!

Too bad, President must nominate...

Meaningless poll at this point. Trump is going to push his justice pick and McConnell is going to deliver it to him.

Everybody should learn from this and try to form their opinions based on the polls. As liberals it is important that we try to think the same way as other liberals, so we need more polls on various subjects in order to help us form our opinions.

Haha, yeah right.

Unfortunately for them, RBG died under Trump who was picked by voters to make the decision now. She should have retired under Obama when she had her chance if it was so important to her.

The Democrats wanted to appoint Merrick in 2016 but failed because they did not control the Senate. The hypocrisy works both ways.

Huh? When will Biden be in that position? Never. Move on.

Yawn. Desperate, vacuous and trite disinformation. You know it -

Good luck with that cucks!

This is happening on the fast track.

God forbid

PLEASE, Joe's handlers should show us his list tomorrow night in prime time. I'd love it. Seal the election for Trump. DO IT. 😁

We don't know how this will play in the election. There is a great deal of uncertainty in this, election. The only thing I'm confident on is we,will not know who the winner is on election night.

Only Presidents appoint judges. Biden will have to wait

😂

Hope those voters know that voting with polling company or Newsweek doesn't count, because the last time a lot of them didn't bother to vote.

None of this matters. Principles, integrity or belief in the constitution are not the traits of evangelical republicans

YOU CAN PREFER, GRANT WISHES, APPEAL TO VIEWS, RETALIATE, GET 1mil SIGNATURES... OR STICK YOUR FINGER UP YOURS. THE PRESIDENT STILL GETS TO NOMINATE A CANDIDATE ON THE VACANCY.

LIES

let me guess, Hillary, Obama, Susan Rice are on his short list.

Wrong

I prefer Trump to pick the next justice

Biden: Senate Shouldn't Take Up Supreme Court Vacancy Until After The ElectionThe Democratic presidential nominee said Friday he thought voters should have a say in the makeup of the high court through their choice for president — the position taken by the GOP in 2016. Strange - Dems decried this action earlier, but now agree with McConnell’s position re Merrick Garland? Well, yeah, no duh- that's the standard that Mitch set during Obama's last year. That was a hefty chunk of a year too, not just 6 weeks or so. GOP did demanded it in February 2016. It says alot about them if they dont do it now.
