It is now most of the way through January, 2022, and the only thing we’ve heard about the game is the delay of the next-gen version for PS5 and Xbox Series X to be released in Q1 2022, the quarter we are…currently almost a third of the way through. That’s supposed to come with a hefty patch as well.
But at this point, CDPR’s lack of communication is once again, getting ridiculous. The only thing we’ve heard from them other than this delay is the denial ofabout patch 1.5 and the upcoming first DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, supposed to be out this year.
As a reminder, Roadmap 1 is above, which seemed to imply free DLCs were coming in the first half of 2021, and the next-gen update would be here by fall. Neither happened. And Roadmap 2, which blended everything together into one nebulous blob. This time, we did get three extremely minor free DLCs in the fall but no new-gen edition.
