Let's tinker with one moment of time in Ohio State's football history and see what happens to the future.

Time travel reminds me of Ray Bradbury'sa classic set in 2055 where the wealthy pay time-traveling safari guides to take them on big game expeditions in the late Cretaceous Era, allowing them to hunt dinosaurs who have already been determined to be moments from natural death.

So perhaps you'd be tempted to change the punt protection to keep Janowicz clean enough to get his kick off. The game outcome is altered, the Buckeyes win and Wes Fesler stays instead of quitting and fleeing the state under the crippling pressure that comes with the Ohio State job.

No one knows what they'll become, if their careers will flourish or the places they'll go. The fabric and foundation for the Ohio State football culture could swing into something unrecognizable to everyone who lived it.That's our challenge as the Time Squad - avoid paradoxes. Don't step on any butterflies. Right a wrong without vaporizing decades of rights.

Then on 3rd down Hamby dropped a wide-open touchdown pass, which resulted in a chip-shot Josh Huston field goal to give the Buckeyes a 22-16 lead.

It's not pick on Ryan Hamby day, but he also whiffed on the block at Penn State where Tamba Hali almost decapitated Troy Smith and cost us that game too!

ramzy All these Troy Smith denialist acting like 2004 didn’t happen?

What happens if Penn State doesn’t block the kick?

Absolutely. 1988 game vs The Weasels. Huge comeback from 20 down. After we take the lead late in the 4th we onside kick, recover, run out the clock and Coop gets a win in his first The Game. Thinking it would have had a massive change in his record. Kolesar kick return.

Shawn Springs slipping in 96’

Instead of the scoop and score call, I would change the targeting call on Shaun Wade. OSU had momentum and a big lead up until that point, they would've got the ball back, and likely win. Instead Clemson scores. Apocalypse? Don't care. I don't want that pissing me off anymore 😂

I couldn't imagine that epic USC - Texas title game not happening, including Vince Young's iconic touchdown run to win it. I watched that entire game beginning to end and man.... It definitely lived up to the hype. One of the greatest title games ever.

Any win vs michigan by Cooper when the Bucks were top 3...possibly wins natty and we never get tressel

I disagree on the Troy. Think he still rises to the top. I dont think zwick keeps the job just because Hamby makes catch..still out played by Troy..other than getting the win Troy still climbs out of tressel dog house

*Shakes fist at sky HAAAAAAAAAAMBY!!!

BuckeyeJoeD don't read it

What happens if Shawn Springs doesn’t slip against TTUN?

The Clemson fumble call is upheld

1976 Rose Bowl…so many things change if Bucks win: Woody probably retires and doesn’t flame out, Bucks win another title and validate Archie’s career, Lou Holtz might have taken over… Most painful loss in our history, in my opinion.

Hamby dropping that pass is what gave us Troy Smith. If Hamby catches the pass, we win and Zwick continues to start

We never know who troy smith is, and that makes me sad.
