Program could create"consumer friction"

Ceci Connolly, CEO of the Alliance of Community Health Plans, an advocacy group that represents 25 nonprofit health plans, said insurers have been working around the clock to set up preferred retail networks so consumers can get free test kits.

Tests should arrive in the mail every week. No questions asked. This is total bullsh!t. Most insurance plans already have established networks of preferred pharmacies. They are counting on confusion and red tape to discourage people from filing claims.
