This is 2021, we can have a cinematic experience just fine in our own homes, without having to go across town, deal w parents allowing their babies/kids to scream, no rude people on their phones...while eating your own food in loungewear...we don’t cinemas anymore. It’s dated.
So how do you eat the popcorn and drink with everyone else in the room?

Happy for the LA people, it’s been over a year. I was lucky enough to go back in August for TENET - about 6 months after they shut - and even that felt like an eternity.

Problem is the majority of people don't trust exhibitors they will keep these safety measures going to the level demanded, seen by how exhibitors made wearing face masks political last June only to realise after backlash 24 hours was what the majority thought was necessary
