Makes sense since what we've been doing hasn't worked. We've listened to Fauci and the herd of experts who've been allowed to destroy the lives of millions and caused many unnecessary deaths while taking down our economy along with it.

Reopening businesses is fine as long as we take *some* measures to slow the spread of this virus, and adequate protections are readily available for those who need them.

New wave of U.S. layoffs feared as coronavirus pain deepensJob cuts by U.S. state and local governments whose budgets have been crushed fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and more second-wave layoffs in the private sector likely contributed last week to a 10th straight week of more than 2 million Americans seeking unemployment benefits. Wtf is going on? FYI: I'm not economist. It's the number of people filled for jobless claims. It's not the official jobless number. It indicates the direction the market may head in. But if companies keep up the hiring pace and consumer confidence increases back to previous levels we...

Illinois Is Reopening But Chicago Isn't Because Of Coronavirus CasesIllinois is joining many other Midwest states in reopening some retail shops, restaurants, salons and other businesses Friday. The mayor is delaying until the middle of next week. Makes sense. Most of Illinois is sparsely populated flat plains. Chicago has two international airports; best to wait. Illinois is prematurely abandoning life-saving nonpharmaceutical interventions even though there is still no widescale production and distribution of affordable, adaptive PPE in this country.
