As the Supreme Court weighs the future of Roe v. Wade, abortion providers in Illinois say they have been anticipating the possibility of a post-Roe America for several years

They should just overturn Roe. Otherwise we'll be back here next year. If there isn't a right to abortion up to viability, there isn't one up to 15 weeks. It's not in the constitution. Why repeat the mistake? Just overturn it and move on.

Nothing is going to change in Illinois irrespective of what the SCt does.

There are again this type of problematic, this type of preoccupation in US in 2021. It’s very sad and worrying for women. I hope this is just an accident in history and this will be fixed in next months.
