Seattle is simply getting too expensive, the 15/hr min wage raise is probably the biggest reason. What will be the cost of the incentives? How has either location been limited to receiving 50,000 jobs each? If they designed their offerings to accommodate 'up to' 50,000, then Amazon can locate 100,000 jobs in the two locations total.
