I DON'T know why you guys are beating your selves up , or why children had to spend the night in a school. I used to walk to and from school, about five miles a day in much more snow than that. With cloth shoes on, still got all my toes.

Amazon picks Northern Virginia, New York City to split new HQThe locales will be Crystal City and Long Island City. Seattle is simply getting too expensive, the 15/hr min wage raise is probably the biggest reason. What will be the cost of the incentives? How has either location been limited to receiving 50,000 jobs each? If they designed their offerings to accommodate 'up to' 50,000, then Amazon can locate 100,000 jobs in the two locations total.
