because that is a sentence that makes sense in 2019. Yesterday, Epic essentially deleted the game, blowing up the map with a meteor and a bunch of rockets and the entire thing is now just a livestream of a black hole with periodic coded numbers flashing.
I know a lot of kids are freaking out that Fortnite is dead, but what this really is doing is just allowing for extended downtime to make sure a transition to a new map goes smoothly, as well as serving as a bit of marketing hype, as Fortnite’s “The End” event yesterday was among the most watch events in gaming history. And people are now watching either the black hole stream or streamers watching the black hole stream by the million.
October 17, aka this Thursday, is even money. Why? Because Fortnite’s “reset” day has been on Thursday for ages now, plus leakers like Lucas7YoshiThe next best bet is October 18, Friday, which I would not put money on because Fortnite doesn’t usually do anything on Fridays. My guesses, outside of Thursday, would be today, as being offline for a day would make some amount of sense, or Tuesday, like the data originally suggested.
You can also place bets that season 11 won’t be release this year, or that season 11 will never be released and I guess Fortnite is just dead forever. So yes, if Epic deleted their multi-billion dollar game for good, I guess you could win some serious money if you correctly predicted that outcome. At the moment, I am sticking with Thursday, though I am not placing any bets on that. My guess is that the stream will change in some ways over the next few days as the new season gets closer, more codes, the black hole expanding, whatever. Stay tuned for all that, as we’ll be on Fortnite Blackout watch all week long.
I would like to thank 'Fortnite' for this delay as my child has actually done 'others things' these past couple of days. TheEnd FortniteBlackout kidsdoplay Fortnite
