New details are emerging about a tragic story that played out in Reily Township, just outside of Oxford.

REILY TOWNSHIP , Ohio -

First of all, the suspect and the victim are 65 years old; neither have ever had more than a traffic ticket and both of them posted on Facebook wishing each other a happy anniversary. The victim had just posted in March that his first day of retirement would be April first -- just one day before he would be shot to death. He worked at the GM plant in Marion, Indiana.

Walker said Harville would live in Marion while working during the week. He would then go to Ohio on the weekends back to this home in rural Butler County. It was that home that sheriff's deputies would respond to on Tuesday evening, after a family member asked for a welfare check on the couple. It was Dave Harville on the ground, he was already dead. The woman inside was his wife, Pamela Sue Harville.Local 12 asked Lt. Tanner if that ruled out any chance it was an accident. In fact, the sheriff would later tell Local 12 that Dave Harville had been shot seven times with two different handguns. They arrested Pamela Sue for the murder. She appeared in court Thursday, but before the proceedings could begin, she collapsed and was taken to the hospital.
