Three individuals directly impacted by the World Trade Center attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, look back on how their lives have changed since that infamous day 20 years ago.They suffered burns, cuts and dehydration as they sorted through rubble of the World Trade Center for hours, looking for survivors and human remains.
