The Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas hosted the Byron Nelson Championship golf tournament for decades.At the same time it’s making plans for a $750 million deluxe hotel and condo tower in Dallas, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts will end its decades-long relationship with its landmark Las Colinas hotel.
Since 2018, the Irving golf course hotel, conference center and spa has been owed by New York-based Extell Development Co. Four Seasons Hotel representatives say they will manage the Las Colinas property until the end of this year. The hotel’s owners say they are still deciding which company will replace Four Seasons on the Irving hotel’s flag, after upgrades to the property.
