The former officers — Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Emmitt Martin III, Desmond Mills Jr., and Justin Smith — wereto Nichols, who had been pulled over for suspected reckless driving.
All five have been charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated kidnapping charges, in addition to official misconduct, and official oppression charges.Police said in a statement the day after the encounter that “a confrontation occurred” when officers approached Nichols’s vehicle. Nichols ran, police said, and ”another confrontation occurred” after they caught up with him before they took him into custody.

This is a grieving mother and a time that all of us should be coming together to condemn this behavior and the police actions. Don’t let these activists with an agenda make it about race and white supremacy and loose the opportunity for this to mean something by dividing us.
So when will the riots begin? Will BLM still march and destroy everything in its path? Can’t cry racism this time.
