“This is really reckless, careless behavior that has total disregard for the environment and the appreciation that water sustains our life and the future of our health,” Brockovich said of lifting regulations.So far, the Trump administration has rescinded or scaled back 47 environmental regulations, and is aiming to eliminate 31 more.
