This is ridiculous for SCOTUS to accept this case when the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth & Fourth Circuits ruled that Hawaii's Maui County violated the law by injecting treated sewage from a wastewater treatment plant into the groundwater, also enters the Pacific Ocean.
And these men have grandchildren! They are ruining their futures along with the rest of humanity
