MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. - The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday morning reports that 70-year-old Neulan Sims has died from his injuries after having been stabbed and set on fire at a home on Army Road in Chunchula Wednesday.
The family member also said the 13-year-old was described as “young and immature” for his age and that she is not sure why he did it. Mobile County Sheriff’s Office investigators confirmed the fire started inside and the elderly victim was stabbed twice and intentionally burned.
