Dylan Lesko’s first full year off Tommy John surgery is off to a rocky start. The 20-year-old Lesko walked four batters and allowed six runs while recording just two outs in high Single-A Fort Wayne’s 10-1 loss on Saturday at Lake County. Lesko threw just 17 of his 39 pitches for strikes. He is 0-2 with a 9.39 ERA as he’s walked 20 against 17 strikeouts through 15⅓ innings despite allowing just eight hits.
