More American workers are testing positive for marijuana, a new report finds, as lawmakers in New Jersey and Illinois push to join nearly a dozen more states where recreational use of the drug is now legal.

They use it as a way of lowering the amount of on the job injuries that get reported. Most companies will drug test you immediately if you get injured MJ stays in your system for 30 days or more . Positive for pot out of a job .
