“The TDC Foundation announced their 7th annual charity Polo tournament will be held on the National Mall on June 15th, 2024. The tournament has become a premiere Washington DC sporting, social, and cultural event—attracting thousands of guests from around the world, including young professionals, Diplomats, Members of Congress, C-Suite executives, and more.
The theme of this year’s tournament is “Polo Passport,” allowing guests to enjoy culinary, cultural, and sporting experiences from different countries around the world. Guests will use their “Polo Passport” to travel to cultural exhibitions hosted by different countries that will offer culinary, cultural, and sporting experiences in the tented “Polo Pavilion”.
About The District Cup: The game of Polo has been played on the National Mall since the early 1900s. Building off of this 100+ year tradition, The TDC Foundation is an organization that hosts an annual charity Polo tournament on the National Mall to raise money to support underserved youth from the greater Washington DC area.
