The mornings remain mild with temps in the 50s/60s. The afternoons will warm a bit more each day. Afternoon high temperatures will be trending five to ten degrees warmer than normal for this time of the year.
Dry weather and breezy winds will likely keep pollen counts elevated through the weekend. Tree pollen including Oak, Ash and Poplar are present in the pollen count. Daily rain chances return next week. Monday starts off dry, but strong to severe storms will be possible late in the day. A dryline sets up across West Texas late Monday afternoon and evening. This is where storms will likely start before moving towards North Texas late Monday into Monday night.
Be sure to check in day to day as the threats may chance. As of now, it looks like we could see the one to two inches of rain between the beginning of the week and the end of the weekend. Overall, it looks like a very spring time forecast for North Texas. This weekend will be dry, but daily storm chances return next week.
