Democrats race toward Trump’s second impeachment trial

This is a misrepresentation. It was a bipartisan slate of delegates who voted to impeach, not just “House Democrats.” You can either say, the “House” will send the articles, or “House Leader Nancy Pelosi” will send the articles. Please correct this.

If Trump was subject to jail I would see the point, but this is just a partisan insurance policy to prevent Trump from ever holding office again, thus not the business of the people, but the business of Democrats.
