Tom Hiddleston's God of Mischief encountered many of his variants in Loki season 1, but a Thor variant was kept as an Easter Egg.
On Twitter, @havanesemom13 shared the Loki season 1 deleted scene that featured Hemsworth as Throg — a Frog Thor variant from Marvel Comics. The deleted scene is part of the bonus features in Loki season 1's physical media release. The scene with Throg was supposed to be part of the sequence where Hiddleston's main Loki variant gets shown several moments by Owen Wilson's Mobius M. Mobius at the TVA. In the deleted scene, Throg appears during King Loki's coronation, with Hemsworth's character attacking his brother after being transformed into a frog.
If Marvel wanted, Throg could have a bigger role to play in Loki season 2. As Hemsworth is the only actor to have had four solo movies in the MCU so far, his presence would definitely generate much excitement for Loki season 2. With Thor and Hiddleston's new Loki variant still having to meet in the MCU, seeing Throg interact with Loki in the series could serve to bridge the gap until the two meet.
While Throg's powers would be a welcome help against any Kang variants in Loki season 2, it is more likely that if Hemsworth is to return as the weird Thor variant in the new season of Loki, it will be for another cameo role.
