Police in Dayton, Ohio, provided the first minute-by-minute timeline of gunman Connor Betts’s short rampage that left nine dead and 17 others injured, but remain stumped by questions about motive and whether he intended to shoot his sister.
The investigation by police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation isn’t complete, and autopsy and toxicology reports are pending.
