Palomino has been a licensed Texas lawyer since 2002 and was hired by the city a year later. As First Assistant City Attorney, Palomino served directly under Caso and is also the city attorney office’s chief of general counsel.Caso makes $325,000 annually. He was hired by the city in 2005, appointed interim city attorney in August 2018 and has held the position permanently since April 2020.
