Officers were led to the apartment after finding drugs and a large amount of cash in a vehicle they had stopped that had made a short trip from Saskatoon to Edmonton and back, believed to be a re-load trip for drugs, Morin said.Article content The conditional sentence order takes into account that El-Timani has no prior criminal record and has been on release conditions for more than a year without any breaches, Morin said.

While serving his jail sentence in the community, El-Timani has a curfew of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. He cannot consume or possess cannabis or any drugs not prescribed by a doctor, and cannot go into bars or cannabis stores.
