Cleveland police issue warrant for suspect in death of woman found dead on I-90

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland police have issued an arrest warrant for a Lorain man in connection with the death of a woman found dead on I-90 early Sunday morning.

Cleveland Division of Police Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz said officers received a call at 12:04 a.m. on March 24, for unknown trouble in the area of I-90 near West 44th Street.The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Constance Mendiola, 42, of Lorain.Sgt. Diaz said Mendiola fell out of a moving vehicle for “reasons yet to be determined.”

Lorain police arrested Perez-Rios in connection with a separate burlgary case and Sgt.
