This is my ultimate version of a pasta salad. Everything I want in one giant portion . We have sweetness , brightness , brininess , crunchiness , meatiness, and cheesiness . It’s all there! This pasta salad feeds a crowd, is infinitely customizable, and just gets better and better the longer it sits.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through . Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing or shredding. Add the grapes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until they start to blister. Deglaze the pan with ½ cup dry white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Remove the grapes from the pan and set aside.
