Chicago rocked by widespread looting caught on video after police-involved shooting

Chicago's Magnificent Mile is mobbed by rioters after a man is shot by police in the city's Englewood neighborhood. Magnificent Mile shopping district early Monday, sparked by a police-involved shooting hours earlier that left a young male wounded.
