Can this anti-inflammatory diet really prevent flare-ups?

And while topical medications definitely help, they don't solve everything.

Some research that it may cause a burning skin sensation in people with rosacea, and while the evidence isn't super strong and not all dermatologists recommend avoiding it, plenty of people are triggered by foods containing the substance.
