Man faces 20 years in prison after jumping from plane in LAA passenger who tried to break into an airplane cockpit last week had recently been under the influence of methamphetamine before he jumped from the moving plane in Los Angeles, authorities said Monday. Luis Antonio Victoria Dominguez of La Paz, Mexico, broke his leg Friday when he opened the plane's emergency exit and jumped to the tarmac at Los Angeles International Airport, according to the U.S. attorney's office in Los Angeles. A criminal complaint released Monday gave new details about the incident and Victoria Dominguez's life in the days prior. So, she could have chatted with him and helped him think about something else, but instead she was a bitch I don’t understand why he’s facing prison time. The guy was on drugs and was having a panic attack. He didn’t hurt anybody else. He didn’t threaten anyone. Like maybe get him help? I wonder if he has anxiety? He might have a social phobia or a fear of planes. We all are going through our own struggles. Clearly he was struggling and his only last resort was to remove himself from the plane. Clearly this wasn't rational or safe, but maybe he was suffering.

As country music faces a racial reckoning, a new question: Where are the Latino artists?Latino artists are a rarity in country music, while white artists wink at the culture with songs about señoritas or tequila shots in Juarez. You see any white mariachi bands? Who cares? It's country music. Stop trying to change culture. That’s like asking where are the black artists in the salsa dancing community. You’re trying to destroy culture.

Opinion: US Covid-19 response faces doozy of a challenge: Vaccinating kidsDr. Kent Sepkowitz writes that the next phase of vaccination -- vaccinating little kids -- will be the hardest. While a scientifically sound and safe process, it's likely to give pause in even the most vaccine-enthused. Opinion Sad how many anti-vaxxers responding to this. My kid will get it, for their sake and to stop the spread overall and put all this behind us. Opinion This isn’t needed!!! Opinion WTF kids are in no danger. Risking the health of little kids to protect the elderly, who are usually already vaccinated anyway, is pure evil, and if you can't see that, there's something very wrong with you.
