The Atlanta Braves are moving on in the playoffs for the first time in nearly 20 years, snapping a 10-series losing streak with a two-game sweep of the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday.
Leading 1-0 heading into the bottom of the eighth, the Braves got two-run homers from Marcell Ozuna and Adam Duvall against Reds reliever Raisel Iglesias to break it open.

So, we're just going to ignore this paragraph & claim that 'job interviews are useless and unfair'? I’m retired now but my advice would be to say “You called me. I will make mistakes and need help for a bit but then I’ll be on my way doing this job you won’t be able to stop me” I think it's also supposed to help employees find the best position, and determine if that company is a good fit for their job and career requirements. That side always seems to get lost in the discussion.
