Modlin said Wednesday his agents arrested Gerardo Lopez-Armenta, approximately 55, after he crossed the border illegally near Nogales.Gerardo Lopez-Armenta was arrested with four other migrants, to include two small children, near Nogales, AZ, after crossing the border illegally.
