The unidentified officer involved in the shooting was, according to Waukegan Chief of Police Wayne Walles, after finding he allegedly violated numerous department policies and procedures when he unleashed a barrage of gunfire on the couple.

Now this is wrong. Why are the body cameras allowed to be t I red off? It makes people like me think that the cops did something wrong and didn't was us to see. The cops who have their body cam turned off needs to be punished.
