Coronavirus infections are surging in southeastern Europe and some other regions that had initially managed to curb the pandemic, with some governments facing protests as they restore confinement measures.

On Tuesday, thousands of protesters attempted to storm the Serbian parliament after the government said the country would go into lockdown again this weekend. Since then, protests have multiplied across Serbia, prompting authorities to focus on local measures instead.

When will people learn this disease is not going anywhere until everyone is infected. The longer we stretch it out the longer it will take to get back to normal. There is no other way for this to end than everyone infected. I for one am not waiting on a cure/vaccine.
