Why a little light exercise goes a long way toward improving your health, according to ckbergland

ckbergland Here in Los Angeles, we're not supposed to go outside unless we absolutely have to. I exercise at home, however, isolation being what it is, am gaining inches. Suffering is inevitable even if you don't get the virus.
