Austin Reggae Festival organizers tell CBS Austin they have no intentions of changing or canceling the event due to weather.“If there’s a light rain, the show goes on, if there’s a little bit heavier rain, we have to delay the show a little bit, but we would really like to see everybody come out and support this event because it is such an important fundraiser for the food bank,” said Long.owner Cristina Velardi, a little rain never hurt anybody.

“I’m used to a lot of rain,” she said. “I’m coming from Key West, so I’m never shy when it comes to that stuff.”“A lot of times, people do come in, and they’ll take that time to get out of the rain, and shop and take the time that they normally wouldn’t,” she said.Organizers there also say they'll be closely monitoring the weather but are eager to welcome visitors to all events planned this weekend.

The Reggae Festival runs through Sunday and promises good music, good food, and good vibes, even if that means that’ll come with a little rain.
