Audio-Technica has been making great phono cartridges for over half a century and has included a high-performance black AT-VM95E Dual Moving Magnet cartridge with the AT-LPW50BTRW. The cartridge is fitted with a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus for high-fidelity performance. In addition, the cartridge is compatible with any VM95 Series replacement stylus making it easy to upgrade or replace the stylus at a price to suit.
Additional features on this turntable include an anti-resonance 30mm-thick MDF plinth with a rosewood-finished veneer. The plinth dampens low-frequency acoustical feedback. The turntable’s sensor-monitored motor ensures accurate rotation speeds of 33 and 45 RPM, while the straight carbon-fiber tonearm has adjustable tracking and a matching matte-silver AT-HS4 universal headshell.
