The Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District is facing another lawsuit that accuses it of failing to act when a student reported being attacked by a fellow student.CLEVELAND, Ohio — A lawsuit filed by a Cleveland Heights-University Heights student accuses the district of failing to investigate or act after a boy attacked an 11-year-old classmate.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court in Cleveland, said the district never investigated after the sixth-grade girl at Roxboro Middle School was repeatedly harassed and attacked by a classmate in October 2021.
