well, when you weigh only 90 pounds, i imagine you get a chill, even in august.
Cashmere is a natural fiber and breathes. Was it a fairly dry heat in LA that day? Or sultry, hot and humid? I'm guessing dry heat which makes it not as hot. I love cashmere.
