According to police, around 7 p.m. officers responded to the area of East 105th and Superior for a child taken from her mother’s custody by the suspect, 34-year-old Lamar Miles.
When officers arrived, they were told the suspect had taken the 1-year-old, Marleah Miles, and threatened to cause serious physical harm to her. Police said the suspect fled in his car, a dark blue Kia Sportage, license plate JCJ 9121, in an unknown direction.Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 911 or 216-327-7186.
