It is a myth that there are not enough qualified women to serve as corporate directors. Amazon shows what it takes

Amazon announced yesterday that they named Indra Nooyi to the board of directors, on the heels of adding Roz Brewer. These two outstanding leaders and executives are excellent choices for Amazon. It couldn’t have taken more than two minutes to think of them as candidates.

An immature board doesn’t just experience conflict,. Rather, the type of conflict they experience is far more likely to be self-inflicted. Such a board is unlikely to choose directors who do not fit a narrow mold. In Atlanta, an organization called OnBoard advocates to get more women on corporate boards and in executive leadership. More than 30 women have joined corporate boards as a result of their efforts. Brewer is a past-president of OnBoard . Around the U.S., many organizations work to help women prepare for board service, assist companies to connect with qualified women and to make leaders aware of the value in doing so.Confront your mindset.

They are now desperately and incredibly trying to explain their actions,' New York state budget director Robert Mujica wrote. Economists don't understand the difference btw slave wages and a living wage. If Bezos was serious he would of offered a decent paying living wage to the community instead of attempting to 'gentrifiy' it. Pretty sure the city didn't want to set a prescident by cutting taxes and losing out on a huge chunk of income that the city deserves. In the long run that's a crucial prescident to maintain, in the short term your going to have to come to terms with a couple of losses. he also 'says' scamazon protesters were paid so he's a liar 🤥😞
