JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A spokesperson with the Florida Attorney General's Office says 27 complaints have been filed against Premier Outdoor USA on Philips Highway in Jacksonville.about Premier Outdoor USA. Customers say they paid thousands of dollars for outdoor kitchens and other products they can't use or never received.Anthony Austin copies of the complaints.
Most mention questionable business practices, receiving defective products, warranty issues and breach of contract."In October of 2023, I purchased an outdoor kitchen for $16,900 and it was delivered with a broken refrigerator door handle, broken infrared ignitor, broken interior grill lights and no instruction manual.""The company delivered a damaged, possibly used spa when I purchased a brand new one. It is functional but the exterior was scraped up, scratched and looks used.
