Two 13-year-old boys have been arrested after police say they intentionally started a fire that claimed the life of a California firefighter.
Fire Captain Raymond Figueroa, 35, and Firefighter Patrick Jones, 25, initially responded to the scene, which was located adjacent to the fire department.PFD says the large number of books in the library — built in 1953 —contributed to it being a large fire.RELATED: Missouri Man Charged with Murder for Setting House on Fire While Teen with Autism Was Inside
