Disagree, it's only hurting the parasitic businesses that clung to us during our commutes, I'm having a blast at home and have no intention of returning to the drudgery of my former life without a fight. Trust Britain to be a nicer country from behind a locked door 😂

This is unimaginative dinosaur talk / Scaremongering people back to offices. No thank you.

Sometimes – especially in winter – I’d commute 3 hrs a day; I was always crying, irritable, on a schedule & too wiped out to enjoy weekends. Now, I’ve lost 3 stone, started freelancing for extra money & I’m writing my first book. Wfh is great for me & my mental health.

My father in law has swapped his daily 2 hour commute for 2 hours on the golf course and still working the same hours as before if not more.....He is more productive, more chilled and happier in his job.

I wouldn't want to work from home permanently but equally there is no need to be in the office 5 days a week. Flexible working is the future

but on the plus side wanking is way up.....

Imagine what death or long COVID will do...

Bollocks. More productive, spend more time with the kids, less stress battling rush hour traffic and not polluting the city with my car. Guess it's because I'm not spending like a good little automoton...

My wife says the something to she is just fade up working from home

Lol no. Get in the bin with that - never having to listen to Dave from Accounts' hare brained nonsense about things he knows nothing about again is glorious.

Rightho...sounds a bit like the get kids back to university argument! I imagine the landlords are feeling the pinch
