The woman, 60, had just finished eating her last meal on top of her 46-story apartment building when she jumped to her death with her 'lap dog'. She lived in a 46-story building called The Victory at 561 10th Ave.
This is sad. To those that are saying she should have left the dog out of it, I agree...however, maybe she was thinking that the dog would be put down after anyway (if an alternative home wasn’t found...often the case I imagine).

So very sad, a heartbreaking piece of news, let’s hope her loved ones now get the support they need. It’s so sad she felt she had nowhere else to go, no reason to be.
