This needs addressed properly government seems to be just shrugging their shoulders and just pretending the problem isn’t there. Everyone is just sticking their heads in the sand which will only make matters worse,how the travel industry is treating its customers is appalling

I've been told by my airline that I must pay another £56 to rebook! The hotel I booked said I can rebook but it must be within 6 months or I lose the booking! How irresponsible is that!

After me posting on here, easyJet private messaged me about the lack of a refund due weeks ago. They have told me it was processed on 7 April and we should have the refund. We haven’t had the money and the app shows that it is still pending. I think they are stalling for time.

WTAF Soon-to-be-bankrupt Travel firms are turning their clients into their lenders Would you give them a 0% interest loan right now? Vouchers risk going to ZERO in months from now when they’re bankrupt. they beg for bailouts, which should not happen coz socialism Thieves!

What puzzles me in all this is that rules said tour operators had to retain clients money in separate accounts viz:client No 1 a/c only to be used for payment of hoteliers/seat purchase & nothing else so what have they done with it ? if they can’t refund it.. abta iata which
